Dosage and Administration Guidelines
Take as directed by a physician
The dosage shall be adjusted based on the patient’s physical condition, disease state and treatment phase, and must not be increased, decreased or discontinued without medical approval.
Administration time
Oral administration is generally at a fixed time each day; whether to take on an empty stomach shall follow the product instructions or the physician’s guidance.
Missed dose management
If a dose is missed, a makeup dose is not recommended. Continue the medication as scheduled and consult a physician promptly.
Adverse Reactions and Monitoring
Common reactions
Including anemia, nausea, fatigue, thrombocytopenia and other symptoms, most of which are mild or moderate in severity.
Hematological monitoring
Routine blood tests must be performed regularly. In case of severe anemia or thrombocytopenia, suspend the medication and seek medical attention immediately.
Other symptoms
Dyspnea, severe allergic reactions (e.g., rash, edema) and other severe symptoms require immediate discontinuation of the medication and emergency medical treatment.
Contraindications and Precautions
Hypersensitivity contraindication
Prohibited for patients with hypersensitivity to any component of this drug.
Pregnancy and lactation
This drug may impair fetal development. Strict contraceptive measures must be taken during medication, and breastfeeding shall be suspended for lactating women.
Hepatic and renal insufficiency

Drug Interactions
CYP3A inhibitors/inducers

Anticoagulants
Concomitant use with anticoagulants may increase the risk of bleeding; close monitoring of coagulation function is required in such cases.
Storage and General Precautions
Storage conditions
Store in a sealed container, protected from light, at a temperature below 25℃. Keep out of the reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion.
Long-term medication
Regular reexaminations including imaging tests and tumor marker detections must be conducted to assess treatment efficacy.
