What should I do if I miss a dose of Relugolix Tablets?

If a dose is missed on the same day, take the scheduled dose as soon as possible on that day. If the missed dose exceeds 24 hours, take only the normal dose the next day without making up for the missed dose. If Grade ≥3 severe adverse reactions or intolerable conditions occur, medication should be suspended until symptoms are alleviated to Grade 1 or the baseline level. Thereafter, treatment may be continued at the original dose or an adjusted dose of 160 mg or 80 mg.
