1、 Medication for special populations
Liver dysfunction: Mild liver injury does not require adjustment of the starting dose; There has not been sufficient research on patients with moderate to severe incompleteness. Use with caution and strengthen liver function monitoring.
Renal insufficiency: Mild and moderate kidney damage do not require dose adjustment, while severe related data is limited and requires close observation.
Elderly patients: There is no need to adjust the dosage solely based on age, but liver and kidney function and edema need to be monitored.
Pregnancy and lactation period: There is a risk of embryo fetal toxicity, and women of childbearing age should be informed to take effective contraceptive measures during treatment and at least 3 months after the last dose; Suggest interrupting breastfeeding.
