In December 2020, the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) approved Fuzuloparib for the treatment of patients with platinum-sensitive relapsed ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, or primary peritoneal cancer harboring germline BRCA mutation (gBRCAm), who had received at least second-line and above chemotherapy.

In June 2021, the NMPA approved Fuzuloparib Capsules for the maintenance treatment of adult patients with platinum-sensitive relapsed epithelial ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, or primary peritoneal cancer, following complete or partial response to platinum-containing chemotherapy.

In May 2024, the NMPA approved Fuzuloparib Capsules for the maintenance treatment of adult patients with advanced epithelial ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, or primary peritoneal cancer, following complete or partial response to first-line platinum-containing chemotherapy.

In December 2024, the NMPA approved Fuzuloparib Capsules for the treatment of adult patients with human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative metastatic breast cancer harboring germline BRCA mutation (gBRCAm), who had received chemotherapy in the neoadjuvant, adjuvant, or metastatic setting, administered as Fuzuloparib monotherapy or in combination with Apatinib Mesylate.
