Golidocitinib is a highly selective JAK inhibitor, currently indicated for adult patients with relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma (R/R PTCL). Its indication is established based on clinical trial data. By inhibiting the JAK-STAT signaling pathway, it blocks tumor cell proliferation and aberrant immune activation, thereby controlling disease progression.
Indications and Target Patient Population
Relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL)
Indicated for adult patients whose disease is unresponsive or relapsed after prior systemic therapy (e.g., chemotherapy).
May exert targeted therapeutic efficacy against specific subtypes, such as angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma and ALK-negative anaplastic large cell lymphoma.

Precautions for Use
The drug must be administered strictly under medical guidance. Dosage and treatment course shall be adjusted according to the patient’s disease condition and tolerability.
Common adverse reactions include cytopenia (e.g., neutropenia), elevated infection risk, and abnormal liver function. Regular monitoring of complete blood count, liver and renal function is required.
Contraindications: Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the drug, patients with active severe infections, and pregnant or lactating women.
Medical Guidance
This is a prescription medicine that can only be used after evaluation by a hematologist-oncologist. Close follow-up is mandatory during treatment. Patients should seek immediate medical attention if they develop fever, bleeding tendency or other discomforts.
Currently, the indications of golidocitinib are still under exploration. It may be expanded to other T-cell malignancies or autoimmune diseases in the future, subject to the support of more clinical data.
